decent stay, but some issues with the service
clean suiterude staff
the hotel suites are very clean and large, which i appreciate.
i found some of the staff rude and unengaged, they did not even smile when i passed them in the hallways, that was a real let down.

the room was really big and clean and the amenities was useful. the peoples who work there are motivated and seemed very nice. location is almost perfect i thought. the town was in walking distance, maybe 30 minutes i guess.
the food wasn't good, but not terrible. there was a cockroach problem in the suite, it was a big problem. we was only able to use one restaurant because my child is 11 years old, thats not nice.

this hotel impressed me. my room was great with lot of space. the bed were so comfortable for sleeping well. i used the excellent bathroom which was a big plus.

the fitness center includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the main pool area features twenty loungers and a shaded area. a shop sell souvenirs and basic necessities.

the hotel stay within a five minute walk from local restaurants. a beach also rests in walking distance. the hotel is a twenty five minute ride from the airport by car.

the accommodation was well-appointed, as one might expect.
The reception staff seemed quite unhelpful and even a bit arrogant (maybe it was just a bad day). when i checked in, i was told my room was almost ready. It was supposedly being cleaned. three hours later, i got the same story. late check-outs were promised but not given, and when i raised the issue, the staff just said i should have complained sooner, which i found quite dismissive. it seemed like they weren't really interested in addressing the problem.
